Mr Delton Nxumalo is the Managing Director and Founder of Vuxeni Information Technologies, an independent development specialist company.

Mr Delton Nxumalo was appointed to the B-BBEE ICT Sector Council from February 2020. The ICT Council is responsible for developing, reviewing and publishing the B-BBEE Amended ICT Sector Code. The council also monitor the implementation of the ICT Code and report its progress to ministry of Telecommunication and Postal Services South Africa, Presidency’s advisory Council on BEE, trade and industry DTI and the B-BBEE Commissioner.

Mr Delton Nxumalo has been involved in the Information Technology Systems Engineering field for 17 years. He has worked for various public sector clients, such as a Consultant Systems Engineer for the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Labour.

He is the Chairperson of the Black IT Forum (BITF) in Mpumalanga,The Black IT Forum (BITF) is a forum that represents the interests of black students, professionals and businesses in the ICT Sector. The BITF’s main focus is the formulation of transformational programs and the economic inclusion of all members. The BITF’s main aims and objectives is working with government and private sector in unlocking barriers of transformation.

Its extensive networks and engagement models into government are facilitating change and equity in the ICT Sector, which transcends across all industries and therefore our country.

Mr Delton Nxumalo holds a BSc Honours in Computer Science and is he is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.
